A Woman’s View is a practice that is owned and staffed completely by women, and sees female patients for their Primary Care and OB/GYN needs. This unique model presented an interesting challenge when it came to culture. While the staff overall were very pleasant, there were some serious fall-downs in regards to communication, service standards and attitude. Since partnering with them in 2016, we’ve made huge cultural leaps including developing their practice’s core values, shared purpose, and service standards, which serve as the driving force behind many of the decisions they make as an organization. Through this cultural revolution, they’ve implemented a weekly communication initiative to keep everyone on the team up to date, and we’ve integrated their cultural components into a brand-new onboarding program and employee recognition program.
