May-Grant, an OB/Gyn office boasting six locations in Lancaster County, sought an incentive-based initiative to garner new patients for their already robust obstetrics service line. The concept for this campaign evolved into a “free pregnancy test” offering for any woman (current patient or not) looking to add to her family. Throughout this campaign, which ran twice, digital and Facebook ads directed women to May-Grant’s “free pregnancy test” landing page as well as their “request appointment” page (at different phases). Each pregnancy test was wrapped with a May-Grant branded label. As a result of the campaign, nearly 500 tests were mailed to women within their geographies, creating touchpoints with potential new patients. Also during the campaign period, almost 900 new patient requests were completed, largely due to the paid ads.
